then i dont know i remember my mom telling me something that hes banned in some country because he wears no pants, but when he gets out of the shower he puts a towel around his waist

it can't be banned in whole Europe, cause i'm Spanish and i think he's not banned here either o-o
probably it was in some stupid picky country, i don't think Donald Duck makes anyone any bad xD

Well, the rumor was that Donald Duck was banned in Finland, which is in Europe I think you'll find, because he doesn't wear pants. However, it wasn't true.. they didn't ban him it was just some weird.. newspaper type deal, I can't remember.
