JCink is really good. It's free and it gives you a lot of control. Plus it's really easy. For me. I'm not like.. the smartest person alive... as many of you have probably come to believe.

I would say ForuMotion but thats probably cause its the only one I have used and I know how to use it

Also I wouldn't create a new forum at forumotion at the moment as all new forums are going onto a crappy server with bad uptime.
